1. Firstly, create a user and give administration rights.
2. Go to Settings>Accounts>Family and Other Users>Add someone else to this pc.

4. Secondly, enter your preferred username and password.
5. Now Click on "Change Account Type" and select Administrator rather than Standard.

7. Now sign in to another user and go to Filemanager>Select the C-Drive in which the os is installed.
